I have to admit that lately just about everything here has been centered around the boys going back to school. I know everyone always says the summer will just fly by, but this year between being pregnant and exhausted, juggling doctors appointments and my husband having a truly grueling work schedule July just disappeared on me. The list of things I had planned is nowhere near as checked off as I would like, and despite trying to organize like crazy to get ready for the new school year everything in me just wants to kick back and enjoy every last second of the last few weeks of summer. And to me that is going to involve a whole lot of s’mores. Last week we decided to make the best of stormy weather and camp indoors, enjoying a s’mores dip and s’mores hot chocolate over our DIY flame-less campfire. The kids loved it so much, it got me thinking about other fun ways we can enjoy our favorite treat when a campfire is not roaring nearby. Here are our 15 favorite gooey, chocolaty, marshmallow-y S’mores recipes – try one (or all 15!) for yourself and let me know what your favorite campfire free way to enjoy s’mores is!
