So here we are halfway through January and I realize I’ve been so busy with moving and settling into a new schedule that I never even thought of a New Year’s Resolution. I don’t want to say I’ll eat healthier or be more frugal, those are things I’m always working towards anyway. So after some thinking I decided on two resolutions: a personal one and a blogging one. My personal resolution is just to hug my kids more, because some day they’re going to be teenagers who don’t really like random hugs, so I need to fill a quote while they’re little.
Since my posts have been far and few between lately, I decided I want to start and finish a 31 day blog writing challenge. I’m hoping it will get me in the habit of setting aside just a few minutes each day to write my thoughts down, and help me become a more consistent writer. A quick Pinterest search found me this:
Since so many of my posts are recipe related I’m looking forward to focusing more on my life. I can already tell you some of these will be challenges to write one… I mean how will I narrow down my favorite foods to just 10 on day seven! Well, if nothing else, you’ll learn something about me other than how obsessed I am with food!
